Dive into the wild jungles of Panama September 6—12, 2026, at the stunning La Loma Jungle Lodge. Connect with yourself and others through daily yoga practice, local excursions, and games.

Each day will include offerings of vinyasa and yin yoga, breathwork, and, of course, board games! Feel free to bring your own games or play what Patrick provides. We’ll enjoy delicious meals sourced from fresh, local ingredients and explore breathtaking surroundings through curated group outings.

Tour La Loma’s jungle farm and taste the wide variety of tropical fruits grown in Panama. Walk among thousands of cacao trees and keep your eyes peeled for white-faced capuchin and night monkeys.

Rainforest King Bungalow

Rainforest Queen Bungalow

Family Treetop Bungalow

King Treetop Bungalow

  • Sits tucked underneath the jungle canopy overlooking a beautiful set of natural rock pools. It comes equipped with two queen beds surrounded by a custom built large canopy mosquito net, a private bathroom with a hot water shower. Further from the main lodge, on the bottom of the hill. You can hear the sound of the stream passing through the rockpools.

Rock Pool Bungalow

  • This spacious open-air suite is located in the middle of La Loma’s Chocolate Farm, surrounded by a wide variety of cacao and other fruit trees, and is perfect for larger groups. The suite has two large bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, and several spaces to relax. On the upper floor, you’ll find a wide terrace with panoramic views of the rainforest.

Cacao Farm Suite

  • This open-air bungalow is located in the middle of La Loma’s Chocolate Farm, surrounded by a wide variety of cacao and other fruit trees. It has three bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed), two bathrooms, and a large central common area, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. This is the only house bungalow with three separate rooms and a communal area.

Meet your retreat leader

  • Patrick is a yoga instructor from Austin, TX who has practiced for eight years and taught for three. His classes blend intuitive sequencing, hands-on assists, and curated music with a playful mindset to empower and energize his students. He brings a deep passion for the practice and a commitment to fostering growth to every class he leads, whether vinyasa, power, or yin.

    Patrick has assisted with a 200-hour teacher training in Guatemala in August 2025 and multiple half-day retreats and handstand workshops in Austin. He's excited to start leading international retreats in 2026.

    Patrick is an RYT-200 who completed his training under Giocanda Parker, Ferny Barcelo, and Sam Johnson.
